Welcome to Hopewell! We exsist to glorify God and fulfill the Great Commission which was given by Christ Jesus, who is the head of the church. We are striving to build ministry in our church and our community by following these objective:
Building Right Relationship through worship and evangelism
Pursuing Right Belief through preaching, teaching and discipleship founded on the Bible
Engaging in Right Action through missions, outreach and service to our community
Hopewell Baptist Church was established in 1803. It is a traditional style church with a taste of praise worship, where all are welcome. We hope after visiting our web site you will make plans to visit us during one of our service times. We would love to see you in His house in the curve, ever growing and looking to develop the future plans God has for us.A church that is developing daily through right relationship, right belief and right action. Statement of Faith - The Holy Bible is the inspired word of God and is the basis for any statement of faith. This church subscribes to the doctrinal statement of "The Baptist Faith and Message" as adopted by the Southern Baptist Convention in 2000. We band ourselves together as a body of baptized believers in Jesus Christ personally committed to sharing the good news of salvation to lost mankind. The ordinances of this church are Baptism and the Lord's Supper.

Sunday School - 9:45 am
Sunday Morning Worship-11:00 a.m. (Children's Church & Nursery Provided)
Sunday Evening - AWANA- 6:00 p.m (starts with a meal-everyone is Welcome), 6:30 pm - Adult Bible Study
AWANA's Club - 6:00-8:00 pm (2 yr. old-12th Grade), Separate classes per age group, 2yr. olds, 3-5 yr. olds, 5K-2nd grade, 3rd-5th grade, 6th-8th grade, 9th-12th grade (September-May) - Nursery Provided
Wednesday Night - 6:30 pm - Adult Bible Study (in the Educational Building) & Children's Choir in Sanctuary
